By downloading or using The Last Desk ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Last Desk grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your professional funeral directing activities. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it.
The App is available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. The purchase price is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All case records and data you enter are stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your case data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App is a record-keeping tool. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for all decisions made in connection with your funeral directing practice. The Last Desk does not provide professional advice of any kind.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other user's use.
The App and all content within it — including design, code, and text — are owned by The Last Desk and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Last Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall take precedence with respect to App Store usage.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
